Eligibility: Graduate degree/Post graduate In Agriculture or Veterinary Science having minimum one year relevant experience and 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST and OBC) in last qualifying exam. Women candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Salary/Pay:
Rs 30,000/- to Rs 35,000/- per month as per years of relevant experience (After joining as Executive, the candidate will be on probation for first six months)
Roles and Responsibilities:
An Executive builds a perspective for a community comprising a cluster of families.
- Implementing the mission of SeSTA in the context of a community and a cluster of families
- Mobilizing families through direct engagement with the community, helping them work with each other for a shared purpose
- Implementing and monitoring performance in terms of:
- Mobilizing Contributing to team processes and support other members of the team
- Assisting the Integrator in documenting, recording data and reporting
- Implementing the internal functions of SeSTA
- Safeguarding and managing assets and materials of SeSTA
- Ensuring adherence to organizational values and norms
- Building linkages with relevant stakeholders
- An Executive may also be entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating Projects
- Community mobilization
- Engage in Institution building – Self Help Group (SHG), Village Organization (VO), Producer Group (PG), Farmers Producer Organization (FPO), Cluster Level Federation (CLF)
- Strengthening of community institutions and women collectives
- Promote scientific livelihood intervention among women farmers – System of Rice Intensification (SRI), System of Crop Intensification (SCI), Nutrition Garden, Orchard Development, Bamboo Plantation, Scientific Goat Rearing, Scientific Pig Rearing, Back yard poultry and Mushroom Cultivation
- Market linkage
- Capacity Building of community cadres
- Facilitating different trainings
- Record keeping and maintaining documentation
- Monthly reporting of targets vs achievements
- Updating monthly plan in the MIS system of SeSTA
- Building linkage with different stakeholders (Agriculture Department, Krishi Vigyan Kendra KVK, Veterinary Department, Fishery Department, Irrigation Department, Gaon Panchayat/VCDC, Block Office, BMMU of NRLM, Bank) and working in convergence

Salary/Pay:
Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 13,500 per month + Travel bill as per actual (First 6 months will be on probation)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Master Data entry in SeSTA MIS
- Training and handholding of Data Collectors
- Team-wise timelines
- Required to do spot-checks and quality checks whenever required
- Required to deal with the troubleshooting requests from the Data Collectors in a quick and efficient manner
- Responsible for helping Team coordinators in data analysis and report preparation for different purposes
- Responsible for coordination with the Data Collectors, Development cluster, state and the central units
- Frequent travel to field (project area)
