Applications are hereby invited in the Standard Forms from the intending candidates who have passed the 06 (Six) months Recorders Class Course Certificate from the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre,Dakhingaon, Assam, Guwahati only and are Citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Assam for filling up of 3 (Three) Nos. of vacant sanctioned posts of Mandals detail as mentioned below under

amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar in the revised Pay Band (PB2) Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- + Rs. 6,200/- plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.

The application should reach the undersigned Office on or before 15.02.2020 from the date of publication of the advertisement. No application will received after expiry of the last date. Candidates will have to appear for Written Test & Computer Skill & Practical Test as mentioned below at their own expenses. No TA/DA shall be borne by the Govt. for the purpose. Venue of Written Test & Computer Skill & Practical Test will be intimated in the Call Letter.

Eligibility

1. Educational Qualification of candidates must be HSLC examination or equivalent

examination passed.

2. 06 (Six) Months RCCC Training Passed.

3. Eligible candidates are to appear in a written test on Revenue matters, General

awareness and Mental ability test.

4. Candidates must have proficiency in Basic Computer Application like MS Windows,

Excel, Internet & DTP (English & Assamese). Candidates must possess a minimum

06 (Six) months Diploma in Computer application/ knowledge from an institute

recognized by the Government.

5. Age:- Candidate must not be less than 18 Years and not more than 38 Years of

age as on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC
